Win788 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Win788 online gaming platform, including all associated web pages, mobile applications, features, tools, content and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Win788 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform operated for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, claiming a promotion, or otherwise using any part of Win788's services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an Account on Win788, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's applicable license terms, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and accounts acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

• You must not be an existing registered User with a currently active or suspended Account on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through Win788's internal self-exclusion system or through any external responsible gambling programme applicable to this Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Win788 or any associated entity where such participation creates a conflict of interest.

To access the full range of Win788 Services, you are required to register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

By accessing or using the Win788 Platform, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

Win788 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Pakistani users. Where available, these may include familiar local payment channels. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references only. Win788 does not imply that any payment provider endorses gambling or supports this Platform.

Win788 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and refer-a-friend rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible Users who meet the stated qualification criteria for each promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses that remain uncompleted at expiry will be forfeited, and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the account balance.
• Win788 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially disadvantage a User who has already commenced wagering activity under that promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained in separate balances. Real-money funds are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Win788 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation, or systematic wagering behaviour designed to circumvent bonus terms is detected.

Win788 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We actively encourage all Users to approach gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income, and to maintain control over their gambling activity at all times.

The following responsible gambling tools are available through the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the total amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify Users of the duration of their current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or extended self-exclusion. Once activated, the Account is locked and promotional communications are ceased.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Win788 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or in violation of applicable local law.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit Platform features.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information in placing bets.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Win788.

Win788 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the Win788 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of Win788 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent from Win788.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use Win788's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written authorisation.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose or in any manner that competes with Win788's business.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win788, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether or not Win788 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays outside Win788's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Win788's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship in accordance with the following provisions:

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Win788 holds its primary operating licence, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under domestic law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable legislation. Win788 does not provide legal advice and strongly encourages Users to seek independent legal counsel regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in their specific circumstances.

Any dispute arising between you and Win788 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the operator's applicable licensing framework.

Win788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — Win788 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may include a notification within the Platform, an email to your registered address, or an update to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. Win788 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
